A note from Dr. Kyle:

As a health care provider, I have seen far too many people suffer from conditions that could have been prevented or (at the very least) minimized. These chronic conditions range from heart attacks and strokes to cancer, diabetes, autoimmune diseases, digestive issues, depression and more. There is not one person in our country unaffected, whether that be the suffering of themselves or a loved one.

With my chiropractic and rehabilitation background, I can positively impact aches and pains and optimize movement function. This is great, but I am capable of more. There’s a gaping hole in our society and healthcare system that needs action. I want to be a catalyst for the change and a resource for patients that are searching for a better way.  I want to be part of the solution and cannot sit back and watch our chronic disease epidemic happen. I chose to pursue additional education in Functional Medicine to help individuals feel better and optimize their health.

Functional Medicine is a systems biology–based approach that focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause of disease. Each symptom or differential diagnosis may be one of many contributing to an individual’s illness.

Phase One: The Case Review

The Case Review includes:

  • An initial consult to determine which labs to order (can also be completed via phone or video).

  • A thorough review of your medical history and relevant previous lab work (10-page limit).

  • A review of your current diet and nutritional supplements.

  • A detailed body systems assessment.

  • A 75-minute in-person appointment to review your results and present your treatment plan.

  • A treatment plan including diet, supplements and lifestyle therapies.

  • Recommendations for further testing (if necessary).

Phase Two: Ongoing Treatment

Once the Case Review is complete, you’ll have follow-up appointments on an as-needed basis throughout the remainder of your treatment plan.

The first follow-up appointment generally occurs between six and ten weeks after your Case Review consultation. At that time, Dr. Kyle will review your progress on the treatment plan, along with any follow-up test results, and make additional recommendations as necessary.

From there, the frequency of your follow-up appointments will depend upon the severity of your condition as well as your response to the treatment. We ask that you return for an in-person visit at least once per year.

Here’s what you can expect for office costs:

Initial Consult: $145. Includes the 30-minute in-person/phone/video appointment with Dr. Kyle.

Case Review: $495. Includes a detailed Report of Findings and a suggested treatment plan with dietary, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations during a75-minute in-person appointment with Dr. Kyle.

Regular Follow-ups: $120 for 30 minutes, $180 for 45 minutes and $240 for 60 minutes.

Laboratory Tests

We strive to offer individualized care, including the recommended lab testing. We take into consideration your indications, preferences and budget, so costs of lab tests can vary. We can work with you to find a level of testing that feels comfortable to you and we can stagger the testing over time so it works for you. This cost depends on the complexity of your condition, level of diagnostics required, and what your insurance may (or may not) cover. The cost of some testing includes an administrative and interpretation fee.
